Session 1 dates

7/7, 7/8, 7/10, 7/11 9-1 (no class on Wednesdays)

We are so excited to host our 2nd year of kids nature camps! Here’s a little background before we jump into the details- Flowerfield Farmstead is a working cut flower farm and this is our 8th growing season! We have 3 children George (2 and 1/2) and Juniper (6yo) and Lila (6 months). Last year I was searching for a local outdoor summer program and could not find anything for our daughter’s age group- so we decided to create our own program and host it at our farm!

At this nature summer camp we plan to spend everyday outside! Campers will need to dress for the weather. We have an indoor space for light inclement weather (however, in the event of severe weather camp will be canceled for the day).

Each session will run Monday Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (*no camp on Wednesdays) from 9-1. Pick up between 12:45-1

There will be a variety of nature, farm based activities planned for each session!

Some of the activities we have planned are: many different nature art projects, gardening (planting + harvesting veggies and flowers), creek exploration, little hikes, group games and a homemade pizza day on Fridays!

This camp is best suited for kids ages 6-9. *if your child is not 6 yet, but has completed Kindergarden that is ok too!

*Waiver and more specific details are under the Nature Camp tab. We will send out a welcome letter with additional info. mid June.
