** HOME/OFFICE DELIVERY ** 2025 Weekly Subscription -Seasonal Farm Fresh Bouquet-
*The first delivery will be 4/30/2025* (weather depending)
****When you subscribe you are paying for your first week of the subscription. Once the subscription begins you will be charged the Tuesday before each delivery. Your next charge will be 5/6/2025 (our website does not recognize this start date and will state that your next charge will be in a week- I manually change it once you’re signed up).
Our subscription bouquets are filled with our freshest seasonal blooms! We reserve our most premium and specialty flowers for our subscriber bouquets.
Some weeks may be straight paper wrapped bunches of blooms that look stunning all on their own (& are hardy enough to be out of water for a bit) & some weeks bouquets may be in a mason jar. We are making this adjustment this season to be able to provide you with flowers that may not do as well out of water & to make sure the longest vase life. Please just leave mason jars out as you can for our driver to pick up. The last bouquet of the season will be an everlasting (dried) bunch!
Fresh blooms mid week is such a lovely gift to yourself or a loved one!
As the seasons change so will your bouquet- some weeks will be mixed bouquets others will be straight bunches of blooms. In the spring think Tulips, Ranunculus (my personal favorite!) and Snapdragons! Summer time brings on Zinnias, Lisianthus, Lilies and more. Fall time bouquets are filled with Dahlias (so worth the wait!), Celosia, Amaranth and of course Sunflowers!

Important things to note with our bouquet service…
-When you subscribing you are paying for your first week of the subscription. Once the subscription begins you will be charged the Tuesday before each delivery. Your next charge will be 5/6/2025 (our website does not recognize this start date and will state that your next charge will be in a week- I manually change it once you’re signed up).
-We have a limited amount of subscriptions available for the season and will sell out quickly.
-Due to time constraints and overall logistics we are only delivering to Portage, Kalamazoo, Schoolcraft and Vicksburg areas. (please take a look at our general delivery zone map).
-Unfortunately, if you check out and are not in our delivery zone, your order will be canceled and refunded. We wish we could reach everyone, but that is just not feasible. HOWEVER, this season we have added a pick up location at our farm stand- make sure to check this new option out. This is a great way to support our farm on a weekly basis and have your bouquet reserved.
We will have our Farm Stand open daily this spring for anyone who would like to shop directly from our farm.
-The first delivery will be 4/30 (weather depending).
-Delivery will occur each Wednesday for 25 weeks late April- mid October.
-You may cancel at any time.
-Please leave out mason jars for our delivery driver to pick up the following week. We did not end up using them last season- but may in the future depending on specific blooms.
-Change vase water frequently, re-cut stems once a week, remove spent blooms & keep vase out of direct sunlight. These tips will help keep your flowers fresh!
-Also make sure to save our email address as a contact or mark as non spam to stay up to date with any farm news or unforeseen delivery changes.
We appreciate all of your support greatly! Thank you SO much for making locally grown flowers a priority!
Please feel free to email/call with any questions!
